ABOUT DR. GOOD CARB, INC.

On a warm Ohio summer's evening back in 1976, a retired political science professor named Al Couch introduced me to the world of whole food nutrition and personal responsibility for optimal health. Thirty five years ago, this soft spoken, remarkable 5' 3" man changed the course of my life and health for good. Since that time I have had the privilege of carrying his message to tens of thousands of people across the United States. Through my radio program, "The Other Side of Medicine" and my books including my latest title, "Carb's from Heaven Carb's from Hell," I have been able to empower people with the knowledge to make informed health care decisions and to reach optimal health.

Dr. Good Carb's, Inc. has enabled me to reach beyond education and into the marketplace to provide people from around the world with whole food nutritional products.
